# Coyotiv Diversity Scholarships, February 2023: smash the ceiling

Two full scholarships for our 11th cohort, starting February 20, 2023, for people from groups underrepresented in tech.

## Applications for the diversity scholarships are now open!

Equality should be the norm, not the exception. The tech industry still has a long way to go in terms of pay and opportunities, but we want to do our part to change that. Our diversity scholarships are just one way we are working towards this goal, and we hope to see even more progress in the future. We are committed to smashing the ceiling and providing equal opportunities for everyone.

On February 20th, 2022 we will be starting our 11th cohort in the [School of Software Engineering](https://coyotiv.com/school/).

## What do the diversity scholarships entail?

The diversity scholarships, once assigned, will cover the full course fee over the 13 weeks, for **TWO** recipients. Recipients will enjoy the same services and support as paying students.

As the course is virtual, there will be no lodging/housing or food stipend.

## Who can apply?

You can apply for the diversity scholarships if you identify as part of a marginalized group, e. g. women\*, LGBTQIA+ people, women\* of color, women\* with non-standard economic, migratory or social status, and so forth.

This list is by no means exhaustive and we will consider every application on its own merit.

## How to apply?

To apply,

1. Indicate your interest in the application form.
2. Tell us your story
3. Wait for our e-mail confirming you are eligible, then we’ll schedule a call to get to know you
4. Wait for the announcements!

We are looking forward to receiving your applications. And if you know someone who could be a great fit, don’t hesitate to recommend us!

Applications start: **December 13, 2022**

Applications end: **January 13, 2023**

Results will be announced: **January 23/24, 2023**

This scholarship is applicable to the cohort that takes place between **February 20, 2023 and May 26, 2023**.
