About Coyotiv

## Our history is in the work we’ve done together.

Coyotiv is based in Berlin, with people working across Germany and Türkiye. Some of our working relationships go back more than a decade, across companies, products, and teams.

Our backgrounds reach beyond software. Architecture, publishing, operations, research, and teaching all have a place here. That range helps us consider how a product should work, how people will use it, and what it takes to keep it running.

We work with startups building their first product and established organizations changing systems they already depend on. Technical direction, product thinking, design, and engineering come together around the problem at hand.

How we work

## Understand the problem. Take responsibility for the result.

1. ### Find the problem worth solving  
We look at the existing product, talk to the people using and building it, and agree on what needs to change. Sometimes the first useful step is a review; sometimes it is a prototype.
2. ### Keep decisions close to the work  
Architects, product leaders, designers, and engineers work through the tradeoffs together. We connect technical choices to what the product and the business need.
3. ### Make the work open to review  
Code, architecture, prototypes, and product decisions need examination. We explain our choices, challenge assumptions, and use feedback to improve the result.
4. ### Leave knowledge with the team  
We bring teaching and coaching into delivery. Shared practices, clear decisions, and work reviewed together help your team continue developing the product.
