## A platform that needed to connect several parts of care.

The project brought together medical devices, clinical applications, and healthcare data. The engineering brief included connections to X-ray equipment and medical cameras, alongside the systems used to access that information.

Delivery also involved coordination between the platform company and its retail clinic partner. Architecture decisions and implementation needed to account for both the clinic applications and central data access.

The engagement delivered platform and integration work across medical devices, healthcare data, and the Azure environment, together with technical coordination between the organizations involved.

It is an example of product engineering that extends beyond an application interface into the systems and equipment surrounding it.

How it went

## Build the connections and coordinate delivery.

1. Integrations  
### Integrate devices and healthcare data  
We contributed integrations involving X-rays, medical cameras, and healthcare data. This connected the platform’s software work to the equipment and information it needed to support.
2. Architecture  
### Design the deployment architecture  
The work included Azure architecture for clinic applications and central data access, addressing how the components would be deployed and connected.
3. Coordination  
### Lead and coordinate engineering  
We provided engineering team leadership and technical stakeholder coordination between the platform company and its retail clinic partner. That role connected the architecture and integration work with the teams responsible for delivery.
