The story

2. [An architecture that could take on larger use cases.](https://coyotiv.com/work/klareda/#an-architecture-that-could-take-on-larger-use-cases)

## A large workflow resting on one agent.

Klareda’s AI hiring platform brings together work that spans role definition, interview preparation, and assessment. The original approach asked a single agent to handle a very large workflow.

As the use cases became more complex, that design needed to change. The platform required a more detailed way to organize the work and follow what happened at each stage.

## An architecture that could take on larger use cases.

Klareda moved to a traceable multi-agent system integrated with enterprise HR software. That change made larger hiring use cases possible.

The result was a more detailed structure for the workflow, with individual agent responsibilities and a clearer record of how the work progressed.

How it went

## Give each part of the workflow a clear place.

1. Architecture
### Redesign the architecture
We transformed the single-agent approach into a detailed multi-agent architecture. The workflow was divided into distinct responsibilities, making it possible to handle a larger process through coordinated steps.
2. Traceability
### Make the work traceable
The new architecture made the individual steps easier to follow and review. Traceability became part of the system’s design, so a result could be examined in the context of the work that produced it.
3. Integrations
### Connect to enterprise HR software
We built integrations with enterprise HR systems, allowing the platform to participate in larger hiring processes.
4. Leadership
### Support the product and team
Our role included fractional CTO leadership, team leadership, and engineering. The product work spans hiring blueprints, job descriptions, interview questions, interview transcription, evidence extraction, and structured scorecards.

The result

## An architecture that could take on larger use cases.

A traceable multi-agent system in place of a single overloaded agent.
