## An existing product with more to build.

OMMA’s interactive video platform needed continued architecture and feature development. The work included exploring the experience of both playing interactive video and creating it in an editor.

The engagement also addressed the people leading engineering, with coaching on development practices and team management alongside the product work.

OMMA gained working player and editor prototypes, architecture contributions, and support for the leaders responsible for engineering.

The outcome combined tangible product work with guidance the team could use as it continued developing the platform.

How it went

## Explore the product through working software.

1. Prototypes  
### Prototype the player and editor  
We developed interactive video player and editor prototypes. These gave the team concrete implementations to work with while exploring how the product should behave.
2. Architecture  
### Contribute to the platform architecture  
We worked on architecture and features in the existing product. Prototypes and platform work were connected, so new interactions could be considered in the context of the wider system.
3. Leadership  
### Support technical leadership  
The engagement included guidance on video analytics and iterative product development, together with coaching for CTOs on engineering practices and team management.
