Job Description:
As a Working Student in Business Development & Growth, you will play a crucial role in promoting MVP Strasse’s products and services by identifying and finding opportunities, and attending relevant events in Berlin. You will work closely with our marketing team and CEO and contribute to our growth strategy by actively engaging with potential clients and creating new business opportunities. This position will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows in Berlin.
- Evaluate the relevance and potential impact of each event on Coyotiv's growth objectives.
- Coordinate and attend events to represent Coyotiv, showcasing our products and services.
- Engage with event attendees, potential clients, and industry professionals to promote Coyotiv's offerings.
- Collect and report feedback and insights gathered from events to the Business Development team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event materials and presentations align with Coyotiv's branding guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of events attended, contacts made, and potential leads generated.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at a recognized university in Berlin or surrounding areas.
- Available to work part-time (15-20 hours per week); might include nights and weekends depending on the times of the events to be attended.
- Curious and ambitious: Passionate about business development, sales, and entrepreneurship and the new ways to drive businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Outgoing with a passion to talk to and listen to people, understanding their needs and wants as well as communicating complex matters in an easy to understand manner.
- Taking ownership: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with the Berlin business and startup ecosystem is desirable.
