Coyotiv trains you to become a real software engineer with fundamentals. You have lectures on Object Oriented Programming, UML diagrams, Functional programming, event driven architecture, design patterns and more.

Frontend Development

You learn the ins and outs of modern component-based frontend development with Vue.js. SPAs, server-side rendering, maintainable HTML5 and CSS3 fundamentals.

Backend Development

We cover backend development with Node.js, covering REST APIs, layered architecture, Node.js modules and packages, authentication and external API processing.

Project Management

When you join a company as a software engineer you will work with teams. That's why we teach you the fundamentals of Agile and Lean development and project management on your own project.

Databases

Databases are a hard concept, and we dig them with MongoDB. You have lectures on database design, ORMs, and advanced aggregation concepts while developing a real-life application.

CI/CD

Modern software development is never only about writing software. You learn the entire Software Development Life-cycle with lectures on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, getting familiar with Docker and its ecosystem, and Google Cloud.

Career Coaching

Preparing for your job search and receiving career coaching is a key component of our curriculum. Your career coach will help with all aspects of the job search process, including resumes, online portfolios, and mock interviews.

Your education covers topics that coding bootcamps don't include, such as UML diagrams, architecture, object-oriented design principles… and more.

What sets Coyotiv School of Software Engineering apart from other coding bootcamps is our integration into a software engineering ecosystem. Our students have access to real-world experience through the Coyotiv Collaboration Platform, which offers software engineering services to businesses in the industry.

Our course does not require any previous professional coding experience, as we will provide the necessary programming knowledge using JavaScript during the first month of the course. This will prepare you for the rest of the program. That being said, having some prior experience with coding or a basic understanding of the concepts can be helpful.

Start building your portfolio immediately to show prospective employers

You will learn by working on your dream project, from day 1. At the end of the course, you will finalize your project and be ready to launch products on your own. You will master software engineering practices including OOP, software architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, CI/CD and git in depth. You’ll learn the ins and outs of modern component-based frontend development with Vue.js; dig databases with MongoDB and cover backend development with Node.js.

Story-based learning

Our instructors will guide you through this end-to-end journey, providing a story-based education that allows you to apply what you learn directly to your project. Rather than following a traditional "theory first, then practice" approach, we emphasize a simultaneous combination of both. Instead of a one-size-fits-all curriculum, we focus on providing a collaborative, creative, hands-on learning experience that will help you to get a sense of how transitioning to your new career will look like.

You’ll experience what it means to work in a team with other aspiring engineers, communicate your ideas clearly and effectively, and manage your time so that you deliver quality software, right on time. Study first, pay later with an ISA

You can participate in Coyotiv's full-stack software engineering program with an Income Share Agreement (ISA). This is a fair financial solution that aims to make Coyotiv more accessible and ensure everyone can receive a quality education regardless of their financial circumstances.

With an Income Share Agreement (ISA), you can focus on your software engineering education at Coyotiv, while CHANCEN eG takes care of your tuition fees. Once you start working in a company or establish your own startup, you start making income-based repayments to finance the tuition fees of future generations.

Here's a brief overview of how ISA works:

1) Study first

While you focus on Coyotiv's full-stack development course, CHANCEN eG will cover 100% of your tuition fees with its income-sharing agreement (ISA).

2) Start repaying after finding a job

Contrary to regular loans, your repayments are made to the Chancen eG community, and they are based on your income. You do not have a fixed amount of debt, but rather a repayment plan that is tailored to suit your individual financial capacity.

3) Repay based on your income

Repayments only start when you earn above the minimum threshold of 27,000 Euros gross. This ensures that the repayment plan is only activated when you can really afford it.

4) The repayment stops

The repayment value is capped and reaches a maximum amount. A high income does not mean that the repayments are excessively high.
