From a demo on a laptopto an agent in production.

Your users saw the demo and asked for the agent. We build it into the product: agents that use your tools, retrieval over your data, and an eval suite that scores every release before it ships. You see what it costs, and why it answered the way it did.

Where it stalls

Three ways AI projects stall. We have fixed all three.

  • The demo works. Production doesn't.

A prompt that impressed in a meeting meets real data, real users and edge cases. Without an eval suite, nobody can say which change made it worse. We write the evals first.

  • Nobody can say why it answered that.

An agent that touches customer data has to leave a trail. We build traceability into the architecture, not into a dashboard afterwards.

  • The bill arrives before the value does.

Cost per run sits next to the eval score, so every release is a decision you can see, and a cheaper model is a change you can measure.

What we build

Built into the product, not bolted on.

The same lead who reviews your repository designs the AI layer, so the agent fits the architecture it lives in. Four things we build, usually in this order.

  1. Agents

Not a chat box. Systems that take actions in your CRM, your warehouse and your ticketing, with a person in the loop where it matters.

  2. Retrieval

Models that read your documents, your tickets and your database, and answer with sources you can check.

  3. Evals

A suite that scores every release against real cases, so a regression is caught before a customer catches it.

  4. Models

Fine-tuned where it pays, off the shelf where it doesn't, and swapped when a better one arrives.

Proof

AI workflows with decisions you can trace.

AI decisions need a record.

Our work on government projects in Dubai brings together multi-agent architecture, bounded reasoning, and auditable execution, alongside integration support and workshops with the teams using the systems.

Read the story, AI decisions need a record.
Traceable
Multi-agent systems with defined responsibilities, bounded reasoning, and an execution trail available for review.
Reviewable
Participating teams can examine the steps behind a result and discuss changes in the context of the actual process.

Build for the device your customers use.

The product thinks. Now it has to live on a phone with no signal, in a speaker, on a board with no browser in sight.
