A platform, a team,and a way to keep building.

Neol needed to turn an early talent marketplace into a working business. We helped build its product and engineering team, establish development practices, and develop an AI platform for people and expert networks.

Today
An in-house team and an AI platform serving enterprise work

The idea was there. The product organization still had to be built.

Neol began as a UK talent marketplace startup without an in-house team, a platform, or an established product development culture.

The work therefore extended beyond building an initial application. Neol needed people who could design and develop the product, practices for continuing that work, and technology that could evolve with enterprise requirements.

An in-house team and an AI platform serving enterprise work.

Neol gained a product design and engineering team with its own hiring and delivery practices, alongside a platform for search, matching, and collaboration.

The engagement moved from early prototypes into continued AI product development. The team, the product, and the ability to respond to enterprise requirements grew together.

How it went

Create the foundations for continued product development.

  1. Team

    Build the product team

We helped establish product design and engineering, with technical leadership, a hiring pipeline, and continuous delivery practices. The team and its way of working developed alongside the platform.

  2. Profiles

    Develop useful network information

The platform connects experience, expertise, and relationships through enriched profiles. That information supports how organizations understand their people, partners, and external experts.

  3. Search

Make search and matching part of the product

We developed AI-powered capabilities including natural-language search, candidate matching, and evaluations against project briefs. Shared shortlists and workspaces support collaboration across internal teams and external networks.

  4. Enterprise

    Support enterprise use

Our work included enterprise access controls, localization, and custom deployment requirements. Platform development also supported Neol’s work with government organizations in Dubai.
