Product ideas waiting to become working software.

Ideas in Beko’s internal startup accelerator needed to be explored through products people could use. The work had to connect the early questions about an idea with the practical decisions involved in building it.

This was an opportunity to make discovery and engineering part of one process, with workshops feeding directly into prototype and MVP development.

The engagement produced two AI-powered MVPs and practical experience moving from discovery and prototypes into product code.

Beko Garage’s ideas could now be explored through working software. The result provided concrete material for deciding how the products should develop next.

How it went

Take the workshop into the product.

  1. Workshops

    Explore the ideas together

    We ran ideation and rapid prototyping workshops around the accelerator’s product ideas. The sessions gave the engineering work concrete use cases to develop.

  2. Interactions

    Build the AI interactions

    The work included real-time phone conversations with AI and transforming call-center scripts into editable workflow diagrams. These examples turned abstract AI capabilities into interactions people could try and inspect.

  3. Storytelling

    Develop generative experiences

    Another part of the work was a storytelling engine with customizable characters and settings. Architecture and engineering supported the transition from an idea to a functioning experience.

  4. MVPs

    Carry prototypes into MVP development

    Coyotiv worked across discovery, architecture, and implementation. The engagement combined practical learning with delivery, so the workshop work could continue into software.
